what is the silver tube thing for? Catch can? surge tank for the rail?

^Looks like swirl pot/Nismo GT Mod for head cooling. (Rad cap provision far back?)

Just finished putting my long block together, still have to bolt on all the s*** that hangs off everywhere and the hotside is just mocked up for the pic. Hoping to have back in my car by the end of the month.

Hey mate, it's just painted. There's a couple of bits where the wrinkle didn't turn out perfect but for under $20 it looks great.

Your motor looks almost identical to mine with the exception of the HKS oil cap.
I had my rail, injector cover / caps, GRex intake, and adapter all PC'd wrinkle black.

Picture is a little outdated, have a Tucked radiator and Electric fan now, doesnt look as OEM :/

The outgoing setup that I enjoyed for a month before the turbo blew and I gave it a two year timeout. :frown:
