Hi all,
My name is Rob I recently got a 2014 Nissan Cube and on the way home it threw a code.
I scanned it being a mechanic and it came up lean bank one.
I contacted the dealer the next day and they told me it has to be checked by Nissan.
I told them I would be in with it the next day, On the way there the light went out,
They scanned it mil light off but permanet code in history. It will fail inspection here in New Jersey for that.
That is what I told them I have a inspectors lisecense and they are telling me it won't fail. Don't know how I can get this fixed cause it is under warranty.

There is a procedure for removing 'permanent' codes and TSB on it too IIRC.
