Hey all, i need a key fob for a 2018 Pathfinder. Should I order online, or contact Nissan? Thanks, Ken

The aftermarket fobs on eBay and Amazon are generally fine, as are most "refurb" units. Just don't buy used ones, and don't buy ones with a mismatched button arrangement. Fobs from about '09 up mate for life to one BCM, so used ones won't program. Ones with different buttons will program and start the car, but you'll get constant "I-key System Error" messages. The best method is to visit NissanPartsDeal.com, plug in your VIN and look up the OE part number for your fobs. Then use that p/n to do your googling instead of shopping by MMY.
