Hi, I have recently installed a T3/T4 turbo kit on my KA24E. I have a walbro 255LPH full exhaust stage 2 cam FMIC stock injectors stock ecu no tune. Car idles fine but when I go to drive and get into the throttle the car hits a brick wall and wont rev anymore. car runs fine under half throttle and turbo pulls hard. I have looked over everything and checked for boost leaks can't find anything. Can someone please help.

Unless you want your engine to blow up, get a tune.

I didn't really explain my problem that well i guess... The wastegate is opening too soon under throttle. I have tryed putting my vacuum lines every where and it still opens too soon. Even with no vacuum line hooked up.

How do you know your wastegate is opening?

You very well could be running out of fuel. I'm amazed you haven't leaned out, detonated, and destroyed your engine yet. How much boost are you running? Have you retarded your timing at all? Any check engine light?

You might be "hitting a wall" because your knock sensor is absolutely screaming at you.

Well 1. hooked up my boost gauge and at 0 psi the wastegate is opening and dumping and my turbo it over boost from lack of control. I am running lean but my guess right now is cause I drove it while it over boosted. I haven't ran it hard with the turbo. And no check engine light no retard on the timing and I am running 7 PSI so not much boost.

The only 2 ways I can think of by the way you're describing it is if:
1: you're on a dyno and can actually LOOK at the wastegate as you drive (to see it open)
2: You have a screamer pipe and can actually HEAR the wastegate open.

Try putting a tougher spring in there... but for your engine's sake, get some injectors and a tune first!

Well I can hear it open as I drive. And I took it apart and the inner rubber is torn :/. Bought a Tial one and hopefully that fixes that problem. And I will lol. thank you for the heads up.
