Okay before i get flammed for street racing or some crazy stuff, this is not a street car, it is a track car and only track car. we need it to be able to go faster than 116mph. all the stuff that has come up on the searches seem to be only for the de, like wire 32, that cut us off at 100mph and that definitly wont work. so any help would be much appreciated

does it matter which one? I noticed that they have different numbers like 11, 13, 15etc. what makes them different from one another?

with my 98 240sx that is automatic i plan on doing a 5 speed swap from a 92 coupe. since i already have an automatic ecu looks like i won't have a speed limiter. =)

Will the auto ecu cut off fuel when you let off the gas pedal? I'd still like to save gas while rolling downhill in gear.

auto ECU http://jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpdf/ECU-ID.PDF

that should u find the Right one mang

i thought the trick was to just run an Auto ECU...and remove the limiter sensor in the transmission ( right rear plug in sensor i think) and just plug the damn thing with a regular bolt (properly sized ofcourse)

thats wut one of my friends did and he was able to hit 125, when previously he was only able to top out at 110 or something....

just a suggestion....

and yes it was a SOHC MT

Easy,

open up your ECU, Unsolder the 28 pin Chip in there. Install a 28pin zif socket, get a burnable 28 pin Chip.

Go to Hybridka.com get some rom tunes read up on rom tuning and you can set rev limiters and speed limiters, adjust fuel maps and everything as pleased.
