ka24e runnin wierd

well i have had the car for about 2 years now. and it drives fine gets diecent milage. but when i go to floor it it doesnt feel like theres much power gettin to the road. i thought it was the clutch at first but thats just fine. then i checked the gas lines and the fuel pump and there workin just fine. i also put in new ngk plugs and its still doin it. well if anyone can help out that would be great..
