if it does it right when you start it up when cold for a few seconds it is your timing chain, or tensioner rather. Even with a new timing kit this can happen (my coupe does it). Only fix is to use a better/stronger tensioner, it is not the oil pump pressure but the internal spring that needs to be better. The chain rattles against the timing cover until oil pressure is built up, alowing the tensioner to give proper "tension".
you probably got an aftermarket timing kit, a lot of them are low quality as far and tolerance and such. find a good oem one or replace your spring with one with stiffer rate.
btw. it could still be your lifters, check your oil pressure at start up and shut down.
