ka24e lifter removal

Any one have an idea of how to get the actual lifter out of the rocker arm? I wanted to clean them and bleed them (like in the tech section, but can not get them out.

I am thinking about cleaning and bleeding my lifters as well. Please post you results after you are done. My lifters tick after warm up at idle. Do you have the same problem?
