Its pretty straight forward for the most part....
release fuel pressurediconnect batterydrain coolantremove intakedsconnect throttle cabledisconnect sensorsdisconnect fuel linesdisconnect vac lines that lead to manifolddisconnect coolant linesunplug egr unbolt intake manifold bracketunbolt intake manifold from engine
Some things to help you do it quicker:-you don't need to take the fuel rail or injectors off the intake runners-you'll prob end up taking out the power steering pump to get to the last bolt that connects manifold to engine (chilton's manual doesnt mention it but i saw no other way to it)-the manifold bracket is just to the left of the oil filter...2 bolts on top and one down by the engine mount hold it in place-its probably a good idea to get rid of emissions at this point unless you absolutely need them
