If there's anyone who can help me with this problem I would be greately thankful. Ok so I have an 89' 240sx coupe and it loves being an interfierance motor. yea yea yea i know 6grand in 4th is a bad thing...anyway i need step by step instructions on the fastest way to remove my intake manifold so i can swap in a complete head. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that it's on jack stands in the back yard so i'm kinda limited on my resources.

Its pretty straight forward for the most part....

release fuel pressurediconnect batterydrain coolantremove intakedsconnect throttle cabledisconnect sensorsdisconnect fuel linesdisconnect vac lines that lead to manifolddisconnect coolant linesunplug egr unbolt intake manifold bracketunbolt intake manifold from engine

Some things to help you do it quicker:-you don't need to take the fuel rail or injectors off the intake runners-you'll prob end up taking out the power steering pump to get to the last bolt that connects manifold to engine (chilton's manual doesnt mention it but i saw no other way to it)-the manifold bracket is just to the left of the oil filter...2 bolts on top and one down by the engine mount hold it in place-its probably a good idea to get rid of emissions at this point unless you absolutely need them

I may have missed a few minor things but thats pretty much it
