check your plugs. If there is no oil on them, it's something after the combustion chamber. Exhaust valve stem seals or the turbo seals are the only two things it could really be unless something is seriously wrong. And the exhaust vlave stem seals are well shielded from oil in general by the shim on bucket system. Which would point you to the turbo. I've been having a similar problem. I actually suspected a valve stem seal originally but after seeing how it's put together and replacing the suspected seals and getting no results, I figured it could be the turbo. I've removed mine several times and I'm guessing I let the bearing start up dry too many times since the last time I pulled the turbo, there was more shaft play than normal. It still runs fine, but I know I will need to replace it in the near future.
Try keeping the A/C on. It keeps mine from smoking at least so it's not so embarrassing. It seems to smoke when I let it idle long enough to pool oil. Keeping the idle up seems to burn off any oil that leaks past seals before it pools up.
