Did everyone die or something? Haha I've been busy with school, but it's like everyone stopped posting at the same time.

I got something cool in the mail today, no more mafs/recirc/stumbling/running rich!

Awesome!
I forgot that MS made those. Gonna tune it yourself?
I wanted to tweak my tune a little bit, but I'm scared to touch anything.

The plan is to get it running well enough to drive normally, not sure if I want to take it to events on my tune. Eventually I want to get bigger injectors, at that point I might get it tuned professionally. I have a 40 psi map sensor, so I can probably make some pretty good power without doing too much else to the engine.

I've been frustrated and out of the game lately. Too many little issues with my car that it seems I'll never get them all resolved. Plus I bought a Maxima the other day, just supposed to be a no trouble daily beater, test drive it, ran fine. Pay for it, get the title, get 5 miles down the road, blown head gasket! FML... So now I have a 95% finished KA-T S14 track slvt and a 95 Maxima daily both sitting in my garage needing my attention. And no time for either one lol.

In other news, can someone please point me to the correct fitting to plumb 3/8" heater hose into a Garret GT30 center housing? I've looked all over and even bought a couple of parts and come up with nothing but incorrect sizes and wasted money. So can someone just do my homework for me so I can cheat off of you? KThanks.

Is the water jacket port a 14mm? I don't have any turbo's in the garage with water ports anymore or I'd check real quick.

What I did/do is take all my stuff right down to ACE Hardware, they f*** rock. Always glad to get me exactly what I need, right on the spot, no hassles.

I saw that, from what I gathered he's using a FWD head on a RWD block. I also lol'd at the -10 fuel line.

I've been busy as hell and getting ready for 12 days of vacation soon.

KA-T car needs alignment (eating front tires), so it gets driven once every 2 weeks currently, until tax return comes.

12 days off in a row is always nice. The wifeunit and I took off 25 together once when we were stationed over on Okinawa. That was before kids so it was an actual 25 day vacation...makes me a cry a little inside when I think about those days and how stupidly easy we had it. We didn't do anything but some snorkeling, eating out and playing video games. It was very hard to go back to work afterwards.

Yeah, besides being laid off for 3 months in '07 this will be my longest without work since I was in college in '01.

Lots of driving/flying though, so will be tired. And skiing for 4 days in Jackson Hole.

It's like everyone got busy at the same time. I've been working 60+hrs and even had a stretch when I had 1 day off in 3 weeks, I'm a contractor so I gotta do the work when it's here. Cars still sittin in the driveway waiting for all the goodies I got in my basement. Hope everyone is doin well and having happy holidays.

Got my wideband put on.
Gonna replace a worn rod end today, then maybe install my Z32 MAF + Nismo injectors next week.
Yay winter break!

That implies you're gonna crank up the boost...which implies you're not a puss?

I'll probably end up increasing the boost, but not right now.

Can you cut and thread the stock wastegate arm to make it adjustable like the HKS stuff?

I've got my old HPI RS4 Pro 4 from about 8 years ago still sitting in my garage, used to race them back in HS. Its outdated compared to what the nerds are running now but I'll sell it to ya cheap ;)

Now that's old school. I don't have any pics right now. My internet at home has been down so I've been using my phone, not even how to post pics with it. Honestly my stuff might not be very fun for a 5 year old. Its a 4wd 1/10 scale touring car with about 5mm of ground clearance so its smooth surfaces only, wont go off road at all. Its also pretty fragile, breaks suspension arms and diff gears pretty easily. Do have a lot of spares though. But if you're still interested we can work something out
