My stock 92 KA24DE 240sx smokes mildly at times during start-up the motor was rebuilt 5yrs ago and the car is lightly driven it has new harnesses with new MAF, EGR, carbon canister, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, fuel pump/filter, vacuum hoses, and alternator the compression check came back good I was told the injectors are good also. If it needs new valve stems seals who makes the best ones and which should I buy also how much can I expect to pay to have them installed from a local shop here in Southern California? Thank you all for your answers.

I used Supertech on my 400+HP KA but Felpro will work just fine as well (they're both viton)

Shop around on rockauto etc.. but they should run you about $30 for a set of 16.

As for pricing on work no one is going to be able to quote you that. Ask around in your area for recommendations on shops and call them for quotes.
