ka24de swap need help asap

hey guy i have just took out my s13 ka24de engine out and got an 95 ka24de engine and found out that my s13 ka engine harness dont match up with all the 95 ka engine plug. do i need tht 95 ka harness or could i still make the car run. im also having vacuum problems the 95 engine dont have what the s13 engine have. help in all possible way!!!
