I am having some issues with my 240's upper heater hose leaking, this is the hose that comes off of the back of the engine and goes to the upper one of the two heater hoses going into the car itself. I need to replace this hose very soon, so does anybody have any specific removal/install procedures or pictures that may help? I'd hate to take of the intake manifold to get at this little hose and find that there was a better way to do it.The car is a 93 with a KA24DE if it helps.

Thanks!

Not sure, but don't drive it at all. And make sure you bleed it properly.

I will bleed the cooling system when I get it back together.

I did a few hours worth of searching both online and in the FSM, and all I could find was a picture of the back of the block with the coolant line still attached. I suppose I will just take off the intake manifold and figure it out as I go since info for this seems to be limited.

Anyways, thanks for the tip.
