i am having the EXACT same problem as posted here. i screwed my idle screw in and out all the way and nothing changed so i kept it screwed in all the way. i have the IACV hose T'd off of the PCV hose going into the intake since my intake doesnt have enough nipples. i read here that someone figured out that the TPS was the problem, so i went out to check my resistance readings and i couldnt even get the meter to read anything. can someone show me pics on exactly where and how to take the ohm readings? i touched the probes to each end of the plug and nothing. i would appreciate it. thanks.

This may be a dumb suggestion but I had a similar problem. I traced it to the throttle body itself. There is a throttle flap adjustment screw on the cable side. There is a lock nut that came loose and it caused my idle to be super high. I adjusted it down and my idle dropped down to normal. Hope that helps.
