I was wondering how much I could get away with decking the head on my KA to acheive a mild compression bump. What CR could I acheive by doing this?

Also, are the 91-94 and 95+ heads the exact same? I was told the S14 head had a different combustion chamber design that made it more suitable for making power.

Sorry if these are retarded questions, I've already tried searching with no luck. Thanks.

make sure you deck the timing cover(head level cover). I have seen where they forgot to machine the coer and the distributor could not seat from misalignment. unless you cut off the front part of the headgasket and just use rtv.
