Thermostat is stuck or blown head gasket.

Easiest things first, check to see where your coolant level is. If it's too low, try filling it and seeing if any leaks out. My KA had an overheating issue during idle at certain times, and it needed a coolan fill/flush.

Since it's not exactly the same situation, you may be stuck with the other suggestions.

no its not the head gasket there is no milklyness to the oil and there is no white smoke coming from my exhaust thats the first thing I checked I think/hope its just a radiator type heating problem.
