stock is around 16.3 brand new, as for the best time stock i would say 15.8 if ur a good driver and a fresh engine w/ low miles.

i took mine to the track about 3 months ago, only intake and exhaust, 121,000 miles and ran 16.0 at 85mph...nothing special, hope that helps!

Well I had a 170hp ka24de in my s14 and my best run was a 15.8 at 90mph, but that was at 5000 feet above sea level. Im sure if I ran my car at sea level it would have done a lot better. Im building an s13 right now and my goal is to get it in the high 14s all motor.

gonna relocate my battery this weekend to allow for a better ram air intake, and try to find a mani at a junkyard and port it before going to the track again

A healthly KA with bolt-ons can do low 15's. The only problem is most KA's out there are "junk" by that i mean overmileaged and under compression. Now i've never been to the tracks, but my N/A KA comes out on top on my buddies new IS300 which is powered by the "famous" 2jz (N/A) motor. Those things are rated to perform 15.3 seconds stock...and pushes 215ponies and 218lb/torque from factory form...so i'm guessing i can pull off a low 15 sec run on the 1/4th. I'd like to do this sometime this year before i slap on my turbo.
