310 rwhp and 316 ft.lbs of torque at 17 psi on a t3/t04e. I could have advanced the base timing some and i also have had a knock sensor code the whole timing. Im not sure if its causing timing to be pulled out.Compression results of my 8.5:1 motor: 128, 130, 128, 128

wow those numbers from everyone look great... I took my hardbody to the dyno today and made a very depressing 157 @7psi to the wheels on a mustang dyno......I still have some spark and fuel issues but i will fix that, not bad though for a Bone stock KA with a turbo.. guess its time for a different intake and a cam :)

i only made 178 rwhp at 7 psi on mustang dyno. When I dynoed on a dynojet at 7 psi, I made 201 rwhp. That a 11% difference.Mustang dyno's read lower compared to Dynojets but they are prolly more accurate.

The 240 had more power than the sohc motor so that is probably why, plus you probably have stuff done to your car too huh? My truck is bone stock other than a turbo, It would have only put down 90 to the wheels b4 the turbo, so thats a large improvement i think

I am changeing the houseings back to stock.. I think its giveing me alot more lag and a boost leak

I had detination a few days later,.. and we havent figured out why, Aceinhole was the one who tuned the car on the dyno ( first time It saw boost ) and it didnt spike when it finaly went ( I happened to be watching the gauge as a excelerated up an on ramp, and I never hurd detiantion...

you really really need to get rid of your stock exhaust. It will give you power and spooll... the stock exhuast is very restrictive even for N/A

ya I know, just dont have the money for one right now, and the DD isnt in production anymore. I am expecting half decent gains with the exhaust alone, but I got a few other things up my sleave that I think will end up happening before the exhaust. haveing the engine out of the car is nice ^_^ except for lack of transportation

I had alot of plans for my car before I went turbo.. and before I knew it I had all the parts I needed, and I didnt even spend much money

Built and balanced KA24DE with 25G ... 402whp/392ftlbs at 16psi until boost spike caused the head to mushroom :D . I'll have dyno sheets in a few weeks after re-assembling everything ... sent the head out for cryo treatment; should help. Wastegate was sticking too; have to resolve that as well. Sheesh, I must be in contention for the world's most patient man.

435hp 391tq 22psi on 50/50 mix 93 and 110 octaneran out of spark at 22psi, and it was choppy there. Getting the head re-worked for more rpm's and better ignition. shooting to beat mike record of 535 :)

watch out buddy!

He used a relatively small T04, but I'm sure he can answer this question better than I can.

It's so nice to see people finding a use for the ole' KA rather then throwing it away. I was amazed at how much spunk my DE auto had compared with my old SOHC hatch...

Hey Dee what's the status on your next shipment of CA's?
