KA24DE runs, needs water pump but with a brand new starter, MAF, and ECU $150

PERFECT shape KA transmission from S14, no grinding on the syncro whatsoever. Looks like new $200

I'm in Tampa, and that price rocks, if the motor is complete. What kind of mileage, and was there any overheating from the pump being out? What year vehicle is this out of, and am I correct to assume that it is from a 240SX? I'm a serious person, and the only languages I speak are car and cash. I might even take the transmission, but may not need it. I could come and get it, so that is no problem.
