Mr. Anthony called me today (August 7,2004) after reviewing my comment here on NICO. Pretty quick response, props on quick reply from the forum, but no reply from the company email. I was told that I would be recieving my K-sport by Tuesday (August 10, 2004) But since I didn't find my tracking number in my email, I wouldn't know until the actual date. Anthony was genuinely apologetic and explained that shipping department is not up-to-date.

That was 6 business days ago, we shipped it, why do you have to knock us , it takes a few days to process, and it takes 5 days to reach you, come on.

Please dont accuse us of doing tricky business.

I simply do not want to go through the same situtation with shipping as many others have experienced already. Since the K-sport are already shipped to Trix and is on hand, I do not see why it is still difficult to give correct information about shipping. I was told my K-sport would be shipped "next day". My credit card shows a charge on August 27, 2004 which Trix should of sent my K-sport on August 28, 2004. Today is August 6, 2004, it has been already 7 business days to be exact.

I can understand if I was told that my K-sport would ship in 2-3 days, but I can't stand the lack of information and communication that Trix is providing to thier customers. I respect that Trix is a strong supporter and sponsor of NICO but I believe misleading information hurts moral of the NICO community.

Hmm, I paid in march and am still waiting on at least a tracking #. Now, I don't get the dealys if the parts are already here. Just as long as I get my extra springs and pillowball mounts the 1st time around, I'll settle in the neutral zone. So to the folks at Trixracing, don't short change me on my order because I've waited long enough for you guys to get this right. And have been extremely patient as well. Mine were for a 91-94 sentra, so it should be really easy to distinguish my order because I know that there aren't many sentra owner/buyers here.

I am happy to say that the coilovers look impressive and i don't see an immediate flaw, but I am missing the extra set of springs and this was one web I didn't want to get tangled up in. So for the representative of trixracing, could you please be a sport and get me the extra springs.

I've been tring to get my springs too but they are not answering my e-mails and not responding to me in the other thread. Trix, if you guys ran out of extra sets and have to wait for the next batch or whatever the excuse maybe, the least you can do is reply my e-mails and let me know what's going on.

this is absurd

hey trix if you were so offended that someone accused you of tricky business earlier then why don't yopu live up to your word and actually contact these guys about where their coilovers are

personally i did not order a set of coilovers from you guys cause i knew this would happen however one of my friends has. You guys said that the coilovers would be received end of SEPTEMBER it is now November half way through it at that.

i am not trying to flame But trying to let you know how to keep loyal customers by keeping communication open. let them know whats up!

you guys arent the only ones with problems with trixmotors. im a board member over at probetalk.com and we too participated in a bulk buy for the coilovers back in august. need less to say none of us have recieved our products. 6 months ago we had a bulk buy with them, there were some delays but eventually everyone got the coilovers.right now we are having one of our arizona club member personally go to the shop and see what the delay is, we should get a response in a couple of days. hopefully we can get this resolved without legal action.i haven't found any other clubs or websites that have taken part in bulk buys with this company so i thought i just drop a noticed to you all and say, your not alone in this.

I'm also a member over on Probetalk.com, and just tried calling Trix motorsports, and KSport USA, All of their numbers are now disconnected. Doesn't seem like a good sign to me, at all.

That is a thread with all the info, of how we are taking further action (with our bulk buy), I have been trying to post on midalantic240sx.com, but for some reason, it won't allow me to, even though I'm logged in, So if someone would, please post this information for them as well. The only way our problems are going to be resolved is by taking action. Sitting around hoping that they'll decide to do the right thing, all of a sudden, will not get us results.
