So I have used K&N before, but Injen seems to be preferred. Tried reading reviews but wanted you're opinions.

i got an Injen, even i dont know why its preferred!Theres no real noticeable gain, maybe just aaaa'lil throttle. everyone talks about the awsome sound it makes, but, nope i aint hearing it!

K&n does have that wraparound heatshield, if they sold just that, sheeeet-id buy it!!

As has been stated before on this site, there isn't really any difference between the different intakes for our car. I went with Injen because I liked the look; I thought the K&N looked kinda ugly.

The only reason the injen is preferred is because it came out first, and most of the guys grabbed it right away. I waited for the K&N to be released and it was well worth the wait. I had K&N on my previous car and wanted the same quality product that i had before.

Injen made my car sound so loud and deep, it always turns heads and my friend told me when i first had it he thought i drove past his house in a mustang ,its really deep and agreesive tone, plus it looks really good
