Lol, the ASVAB, thta test was such a joke. Almost everyone I knew got a 98-99 on the speed-decoding part, I guess there was a small contingent of future decrypters or something in Sacramento, CA. As for the overall test, I got some crap like 99 overall. The funny thing is, they send me the same "be a nuclear physicist" crap as everyone else... Give me a little respect here! (don't mean to be big-headed here)
I have thought about the army, and I think it would be interesting. Get to know guys like brothers and whatnot. My issues are with (1) death, (2) i stuck at running anything over a mile, (3) my uncle is a commander in the navy and says its corrupt as all hell and that i shouldnt get involved, and (4) they have less to offer me for computer science than the private sector. I like the idea of firing guns and learning all the cool tricks you learn in training. It's like a survival course for life that will help you throughout, at least from what I've seen in my friends who have gone off... It really depends on what you want to do with your life. Military is corrupt and evil, but can be very fulfilling by defending your country and the awesome benefits you get from it.
