In that case, the S13 SR turbo would work great for you. There are plenty of documented cases of +220 RWHP using one of those. The T28 is better (or course), but other modifications will have to follow the upgrade. And they aint exactly "cheap".

Hey, they didn't happen to use SAE correction on that did they? That doesn't apply to Forced induction vehicles.

http://www.sdsefi.com/techdynojet.htmSecond to last paragraph at the bottom of the page.

And if you want a better description of what exactly it ishttp://www.i-speed.us/technica...shtml

It's basically an equation that corrects for different temperatures and atmosphereic pressures. The problem is that in a turbo charged car, the air entering the motor, isn't ANYTHING like the ambient air. The pressure is generally kept constant due to the wastegate, and the temperature is going to depend more on the effeceiency of the turbo and the effeciency of the intercooler.

that statement that the CA has no torque is a load of crap. mine made a beastly 164ft/lbs at the rear wheels running 9psi on the stock .48 t25 and a 6:1 air/fuel ratio. i can definately believe those numbers. congrats, im jealous and you really have a ringer of a motor there!
