i bought a twin turbo engine for a cheap cheap price came with 2 extra turbos, a tunned ecu supposedly, manuel transmission, and the stock intercoolers. My question is what would you guys recommend me doing i was thinking about putting a new timing belt, water pump , you know the whole new gaskets and all that stuff sending the heads to the machine shop thats it basically that i can think of. Is there anything i should know about the engine itself or any deletes ? any sort of info would be great. I also have a NA engine in my 300zx right now so would i need a TT rear end or with my NA would be okay ?

Timing, belt, tensioner, idlers, plenum hoses, water pump, cam and crank seals. Not a bad idea to have the heads freshened. The only real difference in models is the auto's came with slightly smaller cams, and the 96 lacked the VVT, otherwise they are all the same. Your stock diff is fine.
