just bought a 200sx se r. help with mods

Looking to lightly mod my sr20 200sx. I was thinking just i/h/e and not sure what else. don't want cams or anything I have to tune. Was thinking underdrive pullys but don't know much about them and also what can I do to remove the governor?

I'm not sure about the governer. When I put my underdrive pulley on my QR, I noticed a difference when the AC was on, didn't bog quite as much. A nice intake, header and exhaust would be nice on the SR. Put that with a good set of coilovers and some nice wheels and you'll be set
