Just a curious question..

I notice everytime i adjust the cas or move it slightly there is something in the intake manifold area that cuts on and then will turn off. It will only stay on for a few seconds, it kinda sounds like a pump of some sort. I was jsut wondering what this was, it happens with the key out of the ignition. thanks
