For the last few years I've been considering purchasing a new vehicle. I've been going to dealers and car shows and checking out what's available and nothing really impressed me much. Well at the last car show I was checking out the new economy models as fuel economy was one of the features I was looking for. Nothing really stood out until I sat in a Versa. I liked the room in it and didn't have the opportunity to test drive it there. I had driven Aveos, Waves, Accents, Focuses Yaris etc, but wasn't impressed all that much. Well I finally made it to the Nissan Dealer and test drove the Versa. I was just curious about it and after the test drive....I bought it that day.!! I have had it 2 weeks now and still haven't stopped smiling yet. It's a Red Versa HB SL with the CVT and Tech Package. Still love it and my 10 yr old son is in love with it

UM.....hmmmm....it was a joke......I was kidding....trying to make a funny...not serious.....

Aside from this I do have several other sets of wheels, a 1976 Chev Malibu Classic partially restored, (This is my baby)A 1987 ford High Top e150 that I use for the DJ business and pulling my travel trailer...8 mpg though. And the wifey's car is a Crown Victoria. The wifey loves the versa as well and every time she gets a chance she steals the Versa to use. The Versa has more interior room in it than my chev. I lined them up side by side in my garage and the interior space of the versa is a bit more than a foot longer.

I've been giving ths more thought, and spoke to my buddy Clem the arrow dynamite-amics expurt....he is of the opinion that the red color has lubrication qualities and the absence of the extra length of a trunk on the hatchback lessen the co-operation between the vehicle and the air. This makes the red hatchback more slippery like a greased pig and it goes faster and further......so there does that answer the question?
