I think these would do some good, especially the ECU upgrade.

My question is: can the POP charger (filter) be installed behind the left blinker on the front of the car without the CEL coming on? I plan to do this along with a ECU reflash.

if ur willing to cut the metal and place the filter behind the light ull need to fab up the piping from there to the MAF...to answer ur questino if done correctly no it will not cause CEL...also drape sells already socketed and chipped ecus for roughly $200...way cheaper than JWT

No offence but Drape from my personal expernice doesn't have the best tech support, And as of late he has been "missing"

And why do you want a warm air intake?

A tube that intakes from behind the blinker would be a "cold air" because he will most likely take out the light. Also whats a drape ecu? and what does it do.

Right. I plan on converting the existing running lights to turn signal lights & removing the existing turning light lenses & putting mesh in their place or just let the cone filter peek out a bit (with a protective shield over it to keep water @ bay, of course).

Looks nice, but I'd put some kind of shield over that filter if I were you. I'd hate for a fine machine like yours to become the victim of hydrolock b/c water found its way through your filter & up the intake.

I was going to get one of those K&N bags to use for my shield.
