Finally got my offroad toy back from my mechanic. Found a non-running shell, otherwise in very good rust-free condition out in cali early this summer. Mods so far: swapped engines with a low mileage jdm 3.5VQ, new centerforce clutch, 2" AC front lift springs, Old Man Emu struts, bilstein 5100 series shocks, nrc9449 land rover springs, warn manual hubs, new bushings/ball joints all around, sfcreation missing link, pro comp 16x8 wheels, 265/70r16 Toyo ATIII tires.
Still to come, sfcreation skid plates, brush guard or bull bar bumper haven't decided yet, rear tire carrier, honeycomb grille, interior carpet and seat repair, still on the fence about a roof basket and led lights. Any suggestions on a bluetooth or carplay system?
