Are you f'realz gonna be there? I'm gonna need a bigger screen for Netflix when something breaks...

Yeah. On a whim more or less. This is what happens when I don't have enough races to go to and when Becky encourages me (doesn't take much)
I've never been to CA so this will be good! :)

I imagine I could see a hummingbird flap its wings like in that Futurama episode where Fry drinks 100 cups:

Sweet! Are you going to do the touristy stuff like Hollyweird or Santa Monica Pier? Or just sticking to LBC and kick it with Snoop D oh double jizzle?

26 days until the greatest show on earth!! Just an update for everyone, it only costs $8 to get in the gate as a spectator and $50 if you want to register your car for the event.

Important info on Parking!!!! If you want to park at the Queen Mary, they do charge for parking. However, there are several nearby lots that you can park and and they provide free shuttle service to the Queen Mary and back.

Last year they had a separate event at the Queen Mary PLUS JCCS and they both were over at the same time. That's why it was so crazy. The organizers for JCCS have assured us that nothing like that will happen this year.

However, I think it's pretty insane to have to pay more to park than you have to pay to attend the event.

Hope I could get my 1980 Honda Accord running for the show. That's the only classic car I have right now.

Lets see...Tail of the dragon is over on Sunday. Drive home to Ohio on Monday or... Google maps says 2207 miles to long beach (Via PHX). 1 day, 12 hours. That's seven (7), 5 hour energy drinks or...Three (3), 2 liter bottles of Mountain Dew. Piece of cake. Problem is getting back home for work on the 12th and actually functioning after the show. But that would be a fun week! I think the Z (Betzy) is up for it.
