j30t seatbelt problem

my 93 j30t 's front seatbelts locked up completely i searched the forums already. i was not in a wreck of any kind, the only thing i can remember is that it was raining and my sunroof leaks a little bit so i get out of work, go to turn on the car and i hear a loud pop and thats when they locked up and everything started weirding out on me.

i was thinking it was a relay but im not sure after reading, some say the seatbelts can be reset and some say its permanent and you have to buy new seatbelts. can you guys help me?

the expolsive charge went off-designed to tighten the belt just before a significant accident-must replace system,see dealer

The air bag/seat belt pretensioner computer is under the center storage........spilled drinks and water from open sunroof create an expensive lesson..........the computer + belts must be replaced.........junkyard.
