when dealing with 350z's in general about 2/3's are manual trans, unless it's a convertible then like 2/3's are automator, the aniversary edition will not likley be worth a substantial amount of money ever, Z's just do nto tend to be very collectible unless you have a mothballed 30 year old car with no miles

Probably about as rare as finding one with a 6600 rpm redline. I'm still wondering what the story is with that.

according to the vin # the car was built as a base model, non rev-up-automatic, then optioned out with the anniversary edition additions. because it does have the correct badging and options to qualify as a 35 ann. edition. strange but true. now, i just have to replace the floor mats,(they were missing, probably a souvenier, lol). but the vin code does say its a anniveryary edition. probably would have been cheaper just to order the ann. edition rather than buy a base model and option it out, i'm thinking this was a special order car.
