issues with my wiper and washing fluid

alright peeps i need some input on this issue that im having, first my intermittent speed wipers stopped working and now my washing fluid doesnt spray anymore, i have replaced the wiper motor and the wiper switch and nothing im still having the same issue, after doing some research i have found out that the problem could be a little green box called the wiper amp, my question is if this wiper amp goes bad would affect my windshield fluid as well?

First thing I would check is if you can hear the pump when activating when hitting the washer fluid and if you aren't sure check to see if you have voltage at the pump. Plug. (Pump is attached to the resaviour). Next see if you hear the wiper motor. If you do pull the kowling and check to see if the linkage arms are attached also check to see if the nuts to the arms are tight. If all is good I'd say check your fuses.

alright, i have checked the pump and it doesnt make any noises, when i try to activate it
its dead, the wiper motor works but not the intermittent speed setting, i have checked all fuses and they are good, i changed the little green box (wiper amp) and nothing, the nuts of the wiper arms are tight, i have a lowered car maybe the tires rubbing? i didnt see any damage to the wires tho

Is there power going to the pump? If so (power. When activated ) your pump is bad. The wiper switch you replaced was the wiper/washer combo switch on the column?
