the best thing would probably try and do a trade in on a all black one.. You'd just have to really go and talk to the dealer about it..

If you trade it in you're going to lose about $5000. That's an expensive interior. Unless you completely recarpet and re-cover everything (which also will be an expensive proposition, you're going to have to learn to live with it. Maybe next time get what you want and not settle.

And don't forget that in a Versa with a "black" interior, everything from the beltline up is still tan.

Yeah, that totally confused me when I took delivery of my V (all my test drives were in tan interiors). It's pretty tacky, but you get used to it.

patience is a virtue. Do not compromise on what you really want down the road. A few days or a few weeks wait is worth it versus being unhappy for a few years. Personally, I would rather suck it up on the colour and save the money necessary for a trade in.

Not really a big deal. My SL has a tan interior. I kinda like it. Actually looks more expensive than the black interior. I didn't prefer it at first but it's easy to get used to.

I thought that about mine when i first got it. But then it grew on me.. Never felt like taking an effort to try and paint the tan about the dash black.

my car is a 6spd S black/black. It took about 2 days for me to get my car even tho it was sold out everywhere. First I starting calling the closest dealership and work my way out. At around the 5th call one of the guys said he can check the stock of all the dealerships to see where one could be. The closest one was about a 2 hour drive away so they went and did a trade with them and brought my car to me...next day I had it.
