Need help. 2020 370Z. Started vehicle and all instrument/warning lights remained on plus the speedometer and temp gauge did not work. Power steering also stopped working. Other than that the car runs normal. Dealership has no idea what is causing it. Any help is appreciated.

The '20 doesn't have the cluster all tied up with the HVAC like earlier Z's, although the triple gauge is still on a serial link to the cluster. Since all the lights in the cluster come on with the key, it can't be a power issue. The clue is the P/S system, the EPS won't work without a speed signal from the cluster. That implies the cluster is losing communication with the rest of the car. Check the pin-fits and CAN voltages into the cluster at pin 21 Blue (CANH) and 22 Pink (CANL). With the key on you should see a bit higher than 2.5V on CANH and a bit lower on CANL. If those are normal and the pin-fits are good, I'd say you have a bad cluster.
