I want to install aftermarket springs on my Versa however I'm kinda new to installing things on my own...

Other than the ~$200 I spend on springs, what else do I need to look at to get them installed?

Whats the degree of ride improvement and handling of the car with the choices available? (Ive only found Eichbach and BG S2 springs at horsepowerfreaks.comhttp://www.horsepowerfreaks.co...rings

I remember being told something about renting a spring compressor?? Where do I go with that? and how much?

Any help is appreciated !

Your best bet to start is to search for "springs" in this forum, plenty of info.

A spring compressor should be at most auto parts stores, usually free (give $50 and the get it back when returned).

Also for springs:http://versaspeed.com

Get your alignment checked.

This is a great How-To (Installed my first set of springs without any prior experience using this how-to)

What does my alignment have to do with anything? I had it checked and fixed 1 month ago...

the alignment comes after the spring swap. Prevents the wrong kind of wear on your tires potentially due to your swap.
