Yea so I'm looking at the Injen short ram intake for a 96 s14 and I plan on also buying the Cold air extension. Is this a good deal or should I just get the AEM CAI?

A stupid question but I'm a newbie at performance upgrades..can the MAF stay in the same spot with a CAI? meaning can I just place it mid pipe? Thanks in advanced.

Yes the MAF will still fit in the same spot. I havent had any problems with my injen/cold air system other than the obvious of not driving in the heavy rain... However before you buy a $300 intake system you need to realize that you wont be gaining much power. Hope this helps...

Thanks, and yea i know the power gain is minimal, but the upgrades dont stop there. Later on I'm getting the Apexi N-1 dual tip exhaust with headers and free up the exhaust with a test pipe since I live in Florida and theres no emission regulations. But before all that I need some coilovers because the previous owner cut the stock springs
