exactly what the title says. btw does anyone know where i can get an extra filter?

Polished FTW!

You can get an extra filter through Stillen. I did, so I could change them and then take my time cleaning the dirty one. It's not a stock item normally but they will get it for you. Typical Stillen service!

i ordered the polish as a early birthday to myself lol. so to get the filter do i just email stillen or what?

I vote for polished b/c thats what I got. To be honest... I didnt even know black was an option. hehe... but even if i had known... i would've went with polish. It makes the engine bay look sexy. Black just blends in ... but that could be a good thing if you're into that.

That's what I did. Margaret got the filter from Injen for me since Injen doesn't ship to Canada.

Are all of the replacements blue now? Originally they were all the pink/red color, and mine came in blue and I like it.

My original filter was also red. My second one was blue too. Now I don't want to put the red one back on!

I don't think it matters. Under the hood, anything black gets lost amid all the other black stuff. If a blacked-out look is what you're after then go for it, but I like the classy look of the polished unit - even the welds look great.

Just double-checked my emails and found the shipping confirmation. The filter was $42.18 but I can't comment on shipping because I had my pulley/belt and some other stuff bundled in with it.

I got black because it doesn't pop out at much as the polished one does and to me seems nicer. And everyone seems to have the polished as well. Here is a pic of a black one.

I want a black Injen intake fairly badly, but I just don't know if I can get past the MAF placement. For some reason it just bothers me. I might end up going with Fujita.

i read somewhere that the maf sensor was moved for the injen. damn i cant wait for it to get here...on the day of my birthday!
