im planning on putting a t/3 off a saab on my ca and i think there 540 dsm injectors i have a megaspuirt but im not quiet ready to put that on yet can i do the injectors and turbo as is or do just the turbo for now on low boost and turn the fuel up on my afpr or do i need a tuning system ??????

Do it properly which is all the go fast goodies and tuning at once or risk you motor. Its that simple man.

ya but im only planning on like 5lb pf boost forgot to put hat earlier i just want higher spools with my stock turbo i start running out of boost at top end

I think you are still gonna need more fuel with that setup. The turbo you want to use will definitely move a lot more air at 5 psi than the oem unit, plus, net air flow through the engine will be greater anyway at a higher rpm.

if the turbo was in range of being properly fed by his injectors, would he be ok? Isn't it the MAF's job to calculate how much air is going in and adjusting for it?

I know that one issue is if this turbo maxes out either your MAF, or injectors, you will not have an enjoyable car. It will be in danger of blowing up.

it meters the amount of air, however the 02 sensors check for lean conditions.

if you are doing this at say 5PSI you may opt for a FMU like the KA-T guys do with their low boost setups and for go the tune. HOWEVER,

MBC(or even more for EBC)FMU (new is about 150 bucks for a good quality one)

vs

boost controllertune

your right about the same price.
