Infiniti J30 left and right interior vents

How do you remove the right and left interior vents in the dash? I know how to remove the middle ones with the clock, but I want the right and elft ones. I tried prying them out, they move but wont come out. It doesnt say in the service manual either.

Hmm...not sure, but I can look into it. Why do you want them out?

im guessing the ricer effect, he wants to paint them, only reason i can think of that he wants all of them out.
