im stumped on my z32 please help

Ok guys so my 94 is at 211,xxx miles now. So the time has come for the 120k timing belt service, got the kit from Z1 motorsports, at the same time purchased a 4 piece underdrive pulley set because my crankshaft pulley was beat up. I finally broke it down replaced oil seals on cams and crankshaft. replaced belt, the first time the cams were all off by 2 or 3 teeth so I took apart and put it back together correctly and it still wont start. I've changed CAS and tested TPS, took line off fuel filter to make sure its flowing, took spark plug out of cylinder one and rotated motor to make sure I'm getting pressure, grounded spark plug to make sure I'm getting spark to ensure PTU was working correctly. It still isn't starting, so I'm f****** stumped I need some help guys

have you checked that your injectors are still working? Fuel spark and air. gott have all three. I know you checked the fuel flow at the filter, which side did you check at? Pump side or rail side? theres a reason I asked... Once replaced a dirty filter with a defective filter. No flow through it. damn near tore my hair out before I figured it out.

I pulled the line right off the filter.I didn't check the actual injectors but when I spun the CAS I can hear it pumping along with each cylinder sparking. To top it off my spark plug did have gas on

UPDATE!!!! I got the damned thing going!! I didn't have the intake on while I was trying to start so the MAf wasn't transmitting anything to the ECU so it wasn't running!! the dammned thing is running now jus doing a lil upgrade on the speakers now thanks guys
