there are these small pins on the back of the whole panel that you have to remove before "baking" it. if you dont remove these first there is the risk of snapping the panel, i happened to the first one i tryed to make. the pins come out easy if you use pliers and a razor knife. it is very easy to do tho, just take your time and make sure your not forcing the panel apart to much.

haha yeah i was going to mention that, but i figured it specifically says it in the write up almost exaclty what you said so i didn't think it needed to be repeated

i have a question is it legal to have blue lights on the back of your car?

You know what, I'm not really sure...I know you can't facing forward, I've never heard anything about on the back of the car. I have a feeling that since it's not a main light (tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, reverse lights, etc.) on the car and isn't bright enough to distract other drivers it probably doesn't matter.
