ignition upgrade for a 98?

I need some advice as to what ignition is compatable for a 98 s14. Currently I am running 125 shot of nitrous and soon switching to turbo( kit similar to the greddy kit). I have an msd sci and 6al btm on the way but haven't had any luck as to finding the right diagram to wire up the sci ign. in the past. Msd sent me a diagram for a ka motor with obd1. Has anyone hooked up an msd unit in a 240sx with obd2 or is the some other ignition I should consider like Jacobs or maybe HKS? Kinda wanna do the msd since I have the 6al btm as soon as I go pull it out of a friends car....but any input/advice is appreciated. Thanks
