I was changing the plugs in my sons 99 maxima se and pulled the ignition coil from the plug boot. Whats the best way to remove them without that happening? $30 for a new one. They just seem like they are tight and there is really not enough room to twist it or turn it side o side to get it free from the plug. Also i put it back on and it seems to run fine, is it goin to hurt anything until i get a new ignition coil?

You could try putting dielectric grease in the end of the coil when installing them. That may make it easier to remove next time around. I've personally never had that problem.

I put a little engine oil on the boot where it seals on the plug, but any sort of grease should do. Some of the aftermarket coils have a very tight boot on them, but I haven't had an issue with putting it back on the coil.
