Standard oil pressure warm idle is only like 15psi, that and the gauges and senders are not exactly super accurate, I wouldn't worry about the oil pressure. the rough idle si likely a miss, you need to figure out which cylinder first then we can work out why, with the car idling unplug each COP one at a time, the one that has no effect on idle is the cylinder to investigate, swap cop and plugs with a known good cylinder and repeat test, if the problem moves the issue is on the cop or plug if not it's likely a ptu or injector issue.
The stalling issue, is the ar an auto or manual? did it stall when you pushed in the clutch coming to a stop? if so, iacv.
