Car: 1993 Nissan 300zx 2+2

My fuel injectors were replaced recently (removed the plenum). About 3 months later, when I decelerate...from about 30mph to 10 mph...the tach begins surging up and down by 500rpm. As I come to a complete stop...the surges level off.

Any ideas fellow 300ZX friends? Thank you in advance.

Check your Throttle Position Sensor...Also IACV ..its on the driverside on back of engine near firewall...
