Idle Problem / Electric issue

Im have a idle problem when i start my 88 maxima it will idle between 500 2 900 rpms for a few minutes then be ok now it has started idling while sitting at the light i have changed fuel filter, spark plugs, and oil (synthetic)

also my pass head light does not work on low beam only high i also tried to change the bulb

I'm not clear about your idling issue (no punctuation mark). Do you mean engine surging? How's the condition of air filter? Have you cleaned the Throttle Body? You can also try a bottle or two of Fuel System Cleaner like Redline SI-1 and others (with PEA - Polyether Amine).

As for the headlight, did you really replace the bulb and the problem persisted? If so, then it could be a wiring problem. If you have a DVM, you can compare the other headlight connector and see if you are getting power at low beam.
