Idle bouncing when in neutral while moving (at rest idle is fine)

As posted above, my idle bounces from about 650-1100 RPM when I'm in neutral while driving. I have recently replaced my IACV and have gotten new connector harnesses for the 2 on the IACV and 1 for my coolant temp sensor. I don't have any leaks in the system I just tested it with a fog machine yesterday. Also wondering if anyone else uses a Jim wolf tech chip that goes with 555cc injectors, the previous owner didn't tell me about it and didn't know about the electronic boost control that was wired but the hoses were not hooked up. So I just hooked the hoses up properly and I'm wonder around what boost I should run with this chip. I have checked the colouring on my injectors to see that they are 555cc injectors.
