I have a 90 hatch with the ka24, and I replaced the stock airbox with a cone filter, made a heat shield and all. But my question is, what to do with the iat sensor ? In the stock air box there was an opening formed for it... and I don't know what to do with it now that I'm running on a cone filter.. Should I somehow attach it to the inside of the cone or ?

I tried searching but couldn't come across a clear answer.

You could cut a hole into the intake tube and mount it through there, then just seal around it.

With my megasquirt i just have my IAT ziptied to the side in the engine bay...

With the maf supplying most of the airflow information, i almost think it would be fine just to leave it unplugged.

Yea I was thinking the same, I just worried about it messing with my fuel mixture..

I guess i'll just zip tie it somewhere, as well. Preesh
